I have always admired Andrew Huberman and the work he does. When he tweeted out his ideal morning journal prompts just before the start of 2024, I wanted to make it accessible in digital form. In result, I created The Daily Lab, a Daily Journal insired by Andrew Huberman. I hope others will use this planner to tackle 2024 and beyond.
